No, the other person would need to get their own auction access as well. If you attempt to sneak someone else in and the auction catches you there will generally be consequences like potentially being banned from that auction

Generally speaking most in-person auctions like Manheim, Adesa, etc take either a cashier check or a money order for payment. ACV Auctions do things differently where they take the money directly out of the owner of the dealership's bank account. So before completing the sale, you should send the payment over to the owner of the dealership.

You can choose to either get them shipped directly to you or the owner of the dealership can email it to you so you can print it out yourself

Yes, there is a 7 day refund policy available after joining. If you join, do not like what you were promised, and want a refund you can get 100% of your money back. **If you purchase a car in this return period you will not be eligible for a refund.
